Is it cheaper to paint a vacant flat?
Our unfurnished packages are priced lower than the furnished ones because there is no furniture to move and cover. The exact figures are in the table above, and the final price is confirmed after inspection.
Do I need to be present while the flat is painted?
Not always. Someone should be available for the site check and to approve the quotation. After that, access can be arranged with whoever holds the keys.
Should I choose primer for a vacant flat?
Primer is recommended on new plaster, patchy or stained walls and big colour changes. Sound existing paint in a similar colour may not need it. We advise after seeing the walls.
Can you also paint doors, grills and cabinets?

Does the 1-year warranty apply?
Yes, for paint peeling, patches and colour fade on surfaces we painted. New cracks and new leakage that was not there before are not covered. Terms are written in your estimate.
