Frequently asked questions
Do I need my society's permission to paint inside my flat?
Many communities ask contractors to register, follow working hours and use a designated lift. Check with your association and tell us the rules, and we will plan the schedule around them.
Can you paint just one room or a few walls?
Yes. You can choose one wall, a few walls, a bedroom or the full flat. See the interior painting page for the options.
There is a stain on my ceiling. Will painting fix it?
Not by itself. If water is coming from above, the source must be fixed first. We inspect and advise, and waterproofing can be quoted separately if needed.
Is repainting with primer better than without primer?
Primer helps on chalky, patchy or stained walls and big colour changes. For sound walls in a similar colour, repainting without primer can be enough and is more affordable.
What does the 1-year warranty cover in an apartment?
Paint peeling, patches and colour fade on surfaces we painted. It does not cover new cracks or new seepage that was not there before. Terms are in your estimate.
